Will the Jewelry Fade?

Jewelry is 18k Gold Electro Plated.  Which means that the golden layer which covers it contains 75% of pure gold. With proper care it will last for years. We’ve included care instructions and a cleaning cloth in all packaging

Care Instructions:

Do not use chemicals to clean. Do not spray with chemicals or Perfume. Clean with soft cloth included with set. 

Sensitive Skin or Nickel Allergies?

Our products are made of alloy but may contain some small trace of nickel. We do not recommend use if you have sensitive skin or nickel allergies.Use at your own risk. 

Children's Sets

Children's sets are for children 6+ using this item on children younger than 6+ could risk causing choking hazards. Use at your own risk.

Ring: size 6

Adult Sets

Necklace: 18 in

Bracelet: 7.5 in

Ring size: can vary depending on set. Ring comes in sizes 8, 9, or adjustable.

How long will it take Boujee Jewelry to ship my order?

 


Once your order has been submitted,

A: Processing 24-48 hours or once payment is received.

B: Shipping takes 3-7 days via priority mail to arrive at your home.
C. For Fast 2 days shipping choose express 

 

What is the minimum order?

  • There is no minimum purchase unless you are a reseller.
  • All resellers must purchase wholesale bundles. If we find you are a reseller, who purchased our labeled items you will be banned from our site. All resellers must purchase wholesale bundled items.

Exchange Policy/No Returns

EFFECTIVE NOV. 2020 WE NO LONGER ALLOW REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS DUE TO COVID-19.

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of damaged items only. 

Due to Covid we will not accept items for return unless damaged in shipping. Be sure the item you purchase is the item you want. All Sales are Final.

Once an order is confirmed there are no returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged. You will need to provide proof of the damage. Send a picture via email to info@boujeeinspired.com or via text to 352-682-8726 with your order number and broken item.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@boujeeinspired.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Does Boujee ship worldwide?

Boujee specializes in international business, such that we will ship to any country, except those subject to USA sanctions.

If I am importing your products, who will pay the import fees?

In order for you to receive your shipment, you assume responsibility for the payment of any tariffs or import fees.

Who is responsible for bringing the merchandise through customs?

The shipping company will be responsible for bringing any orders through customs, but you are ultimately responsible for the payment of any tariffs or import fees

Will I receive my full requested order?

We always strive to fill every order in a timely manner.  However, because we deal in a variety of designs, there will be occasions when we may not fill the order in as timely of a manner. If we are unable to fulfill an order you will be refunded for the unfulfilled portion. 

How often does Boujee introduce new designs?

We are proud to say that Boujee updates new models weekly.

Can I visit your offices to make a direct purchase?

It is our pleasure to serve our customers face-to-face. But due to Covid we have moved our services to online only.
