We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of damaged items only.
Due to Covid we will not accept items for return unless damaged in shipping. Be sure the item you purchase is the item you want. All Sales are Final.

Once an order is confirmed there are no returns.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged. You will need to provide proof of the damage. Send a picture via email to email@example.com or via text to 352-682-8726 with your order number and broken item.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
